Become a Vender at the 2026 Fireside Fall Craft Fair
When: November 14th (Saturday) Time: 9am to 3pm Where: Andover High School (Field House) Address: 80 Shawsheen Road, Andover, MA 01810
Food vendors, and professional and amateur crafts people are invited to display and sell their original craftwork and/or food. No commercial reps.
Optional: A donated item to raffle off. The raffle will be benefiting the local Andover Food Pantry (Village Food Hub).
This craft fair will be juried and will be first come first serve upon receipt of application and fee.
Fee: $80 for a 10 x 10 spot
Electric: $25 Up Charge (These spots will be limited and will be a first come first serve basis.)
Venmo your payment or Make your check out to Christina Wright along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Christina Wright, Fireside Fall Craft Fair, 83 Gould Road, Andover, MA 01810. (Please memo the business name if it is not already written on the check)
This application will not be complete until the application fee has been received. Payments and checks will be returned to you if we are unable to include you in this year’s show.
General Vendor Information & Rules
There is a guest network available and has been used for venmo and paypal transactions with no problem, however if you have other credit card processing products, please let us know as you arrive so that we can attempt to test it prior to the event.
You can park to the right side of the circle for loading and unloading ONLY.
Bring your own chairs, tables/set up/supplies etc.
No music allowed.
Do not attach, glue, or hang anything to any walls or floors.
Please be respectful while setting up and closing down. Cleaning up is required afterwards.
Set up times:
Friday, November 13th, 6-8pm
Saturday, November 14th, 7-9am
Break down times:
Saturday, November 14th, 3-5pm
Food product vendor: Call the Health Department for information before you apply. Food vendors need to have ServSafe certification and obtain an additional permit to sell food for the day from the Town of Andover Health Department (978-623-8640). The Town will check for the proper permits during the show. Compliance with Town Health Department requirement is required.

Electricity options - Some spots will require an extension cord that is 20 ft + in length.
